Florist Commercial Lifestyle Photography | Late Bloomer Flower Shoppe

As I left this session I thought to myself, “I wonder if I could specialize in only Florist Commercial Lifestyle Photography sessions!”

I can’t think of another brand session where I had so much fun.

You mag recognize their gorgeous florals from our prior shoots- their prom florals and their floral happy hour.

 

At the start of 2024, I promised myself I would only take on clients and projects that filled me up.

I deeply craved more happiness, more fulfillment and more joy.

This brand session was one the best days at work I have ever had.

 

Lauren is the owner and floral mastermind behind Late Bloomer Flower Shoppe.

She is also one of the sweetest and most creative people I have ever met.

When we were planning this brand session, she came to me with the best creative ideas and I loved getting to create and make magic with her!

The goal of this brand session was to have new product photos and beautiful lifestyle photos of her floral creations so she could create a new catalog and update her website.

 

Lauren, her floral designer Ashley and I spent the day together laughing and having the best time.

One of the highlights of the day was when we put Ashley in the vintage bathtub in cowboy boots with flowers in them!

Ashley insisted she could balance a vase with flowers on her boot… so Lauren hid next to the tub and I nervously captured the balancing vase- after we all cheered together like we had just won a playoff game.

It was sheer joy with a side of exhausted delirium.

 

I had bride and groom models from our AMC model database come and model so we could show the wedding florals with a wedding couple and make them relatable.

At the session, Lauren asked me “Do you think I could have a ‘signature color palette for my floral shop?”

I responded, “I think you can do whatever the f*ck you want to do.”

 

I love seeing the stunning florals Lauren and Ashley created and capturing the gorgeous magic they create.

 

They have the best eye and their floral arrangements are truly so full of character and whimsy.
