My promise  | Panama City Beach Weddings

I know that during this COVID-19 pandemic things are uncertain.

I know they are confusing, fast changing and honestly can be a little bit scary.

Honestly, I am here for you.

I always have been.

I always will be.

My goal through this pandemic is simple- accomodate my clients in any way I can and make sure they’re happy.

I promise.

Things are changing fast and we aren’t really sure what’s going to happen in the near future.

I’ve been on the phone all week with my clients assuring them that we will get through this and their wedding or portrait session will be bomb af.

You read that right.

BOMB AF.

Pandemic FAQS

What happens if we decide to postpone our wedding?

Let’s do it. We will work together to find a date that is available so I can still be your photographer.

As of right now we are tentatively postponing dates through May 15.

I say tentative dates because things are changing rapidly so if we need to further adjust things that is okay.

We will make it work.

What about all my other vendors?

If you’ve provided me with their contact information I will contact them and coordinate the postponement date after getting options that work for you.

I will do the legwork and you can rest assured that me and the rest of your wedding team will do everything we can to make a new date work for us all.

What if I’m not even sure I want to have a large wedding now?

Take a deep breath. Make sure you’re not making a decision based on feeling overwhelmed with the current situation.

If you believe this is the best route, I will work with you to figure out the details on how to proceed.

As of now, a few of my couples that have decided to cancel their large weddings will be eloping with a rad elopement later this year and I’ll fly to them to capture their entire day together!

There’s options and I’m happy to help you decide which is best for you and your situation.

What if we need to postpone our portrait session?

We sure can. We will work together to find a date that is available so we can still move forward with your amazing portrait session we have been planning.

As of right now I  am tentatively postponing dates through May 31.

I say tentative dates because things are changing rapidly so if we need to further adjust things that is okay.

DEEP BREATHS.

Everything will be okay.

During this challenging time, I want you to remember what your wedding is really about.

What your portrait session is going to remind you of.

The most important things in your life- your family or for my wedding couples- You and your honey.

All that matters is that you have one another.

Let’s not lose sight of that.

There’s a lot that’s up in the air right now.

The best thing we can do is communicate as much as needed and keep one another updated.

Take care of your families and loved ones.

That’s the most important thing right now.

If I can help you in any other way, please just let me know. ❤️

Love,

Ash
